Is this heaven? The father/son wines augmented by mother’s creative food pairing.
In June we visited the Bibić family and had a great time exploring collaboration. Alen and Filip Bibić are great people that happen to make great wine. We didn’t get a chance to meet Vesna (mom) but just look at the creativity of the appetizers! We cannot wait to get back for a full dinner.
A few months later … …. we are proud to report that we now represent the BIBICh wines in the US. But enough about us, you want to hear about Alen and Filip and the wines that convinced many famous Chefs that Croatian Wine and food are top notch.
