Very light and easy-going at first, revealing its true structure only after a few sips. Thanks to the ageing in the barrique barrels, the wine has a certain complexity and a refreshing taste with a touch of acidity. WINEMAKER’S NOTES Instead of ageing solely in stainless steel, our Pošip got a chance to age in barrique, which gave it more structure and mature taste. This interesting and unconventional approach to the creation of a national classic, is what made this wine so exceptional.
