Dalmatia/Korčula. VINOGRAD: grapes are produced on the island of Korčula where Pošip as a variety gives exceptional results. The soil is deep, red and scarce with minerals, which gives the wine a good structure. TECHNOLOGY: Grapes are harvested by hand during the night and immediately transported in a refrigerated truck. After a light molting, the grapes are macerated for 6-12 hours to achieve the best possible extraction, then gently pressed and fermented on native (NATURAL) yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of 3 months to achieve even greater wine fullness. WINE DESCRIPTION: very pronounced aroma of grapefruit and peach with a touch of almonds on the aftertaste. A rich body, fresh acid and a well-balanced wine structure can be felt in the mouth.
