TESTAMENT BABIĆ is red wine with dark ruby, opaque color. Aromas of ripe red fruit, dark chocolate and spices enrich the scent. The wine has rich flavors, lively acids and mighty structure. Serve it at 16°C. Grape: Babić, organic Harvest: Mid September Technology: Fermentation along with skin contact lasted 10 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Ageing: Six months in used barrique barrels, mix of American and French oak. Alcohol: 13.5 % Acidity: 5.8 g/l. From Šibenik in North Dalmatia
