Light and lively wine. Beautiful and clear yellowish greenish color. The scent is dominated by herbal notes such as dry hay, then a handful of citrus fruits and quite mild floral admixtures. The taste is finely filled and rounded, while keeping the alcohol desirably mild. The acids are lively, refreshing in character and have a counterbalance in a smaller amount of unverified sweetcorn, which gives it an attractive sour sweetish effect. It has a very fruity character, with a certain sweetness as a result of sour sweetish play and a pleasantly bitter finish. 100% Moslavac (Šipon, Mosler, Furmint). Ground is sandy, loamy. Cultivation uses one-tailed guyot. Vinification: soft pressing of grapes, natural deposition of must, fermentation with controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel containers. Alcohol 11.5%. Leftover sugar 1.2 g/l. Total acid 6.9 g/l. fresh summer wine, pair with fish, white meats, risotto, pasta with cheese-based sauces, lamb.
