A special selection of the best grapes from the vineyards of Čara, located on Korčula Island, allows for a limited series of only 1,900 bottles. The American’s appearance has a beautiful golden hue and citrus guided touches with the flavors of baked apple, quince, hint of vanilla and toasted bread. The rich mouthfeel is harmonized by a lasting thread of bright acidity that lifts and maintains freshness on the long finish with flavors of dried almonds and apricots.
Food pairing: Ideally served with seafood dishes, particularly with fish and roasting meats.
