Recognized as the most important Croatian grape variety Malvasia comprises almost two thirds of the total wine production in the Istrian region.
The 2021 vintage was rated Decanter Silver 93, Wine Enthusiast 90. This vintage has not yet been rated. Malvasia is a dry wine, with a golden/yellow color with green nuances. It has a creamy full body with a recognizable variety aroma and a pleasant and well rounded mineral taste. “Komarso” single vineyard. Harvested by hand at the start of October. Maceration 4 days. Fermentation on natural yeast. Wooden Acacia Barrique barrels for 12 months. 6 months in bottle. Serving temp.: 14 – 16
