At 16-18 °C in a glass for red wine.
PAIRING WITH FOOD
Ideal with cold starters of dry meat, ripe cow and goat cheeses. Excellent with meat specialties made of venison, lamb and beef as well as traditional spicy stews. Also, good combination with freshwater fish delicacies.

VINIFICATION
After primary processing, maceration along with fermentation was done lasting for 12 days of each variety separately. In that period malolactic fermentation was carried out as well. When fermentation is finished, wine is moved to large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak (1000 and 3000 l) where it will age for 10 months.
