TEXSOM Gold. VINIFICATION
Selection of grapes from a 40-year-old vineyard. Alcoholic fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures. The wine matures for 12 months in concrete tanks on fine lees to enrich texture while preserving freshness and fruitiness. This is followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging before release.
WINE PROFILE
Dry white wine of a golden-yellow hue, aromatically vibrant with subtle fruit notes of ripe citrus, white peach, and yellow apple on the nose. Refreshing, harmonious, and well-rounded on the palate, it leads to a deliciously mineral finish, highlighted by a signature of dried Mediterranean herbs.

Serve as an aperitif, with young cheeses or grilled white fish.
