Sold out. New vintage will arrive in the spring. Skin/amber/orange wine. Dalmatia/Neretva. Made from the indigenous Dalmatian variety Dubrovačka Malvasija. The grapes come from the ‘Kremena’ hill situated in the Komarna appellation, with terroir being characterized by unique fossilized shells and olive tree leaves. The grapes were hand harvested and fermented using its own indigenous yeasts in used 225 l barrels and left for 150 days for skin contact with no sulphur added. The wine was not filtered and only a small amount of sulphur was added before bottling. 875 bottles made. Pale gold with incredible clarity despite of 150 days of skin contact and being unfiltered. Perfumed with subtle notes of pink roses, orange blossom, lychee and mango. Delicate and vibrant with fine silky textures. The wine possesses a great structure and elegance followed by long chalky finish. This would pair perfectly with lobster soup, salmon, scallops and pasta with white truffles. Drink 2022 – 2030. Serve in Burgundy glass between 14 – 16ºC.
