Three exquisite wine-pairing dinners in February

During the first week in February, we collaborated with three restaurants in the Boston area for wine-pairing dinners. The restaurants were Ember in Marshfield (hosted by Vinoteka Nika), Salt in Plymouth, and Les Zygomates in downtown Boston. All three chefs paired exquisite Croatian-inspired cuisine with our premium Croatian wines. Joining us for the week was Vedrana Martinović’-Truitina, head of operations at the Terra Madre winery, to present the wines of the Komarna Appellation.

The combination of world-class cuisine and wines activated every taste bud, and introduced 100 people to the flavors and aromas of Dalmatia. We had a wonderful time!

The only regret is that for the rest of the month we will have to work out hard to overcome the residual effects of that week of awesome food and wine.
