Coravin, which offers extraordinary wine preservation systems, was founded by fellow MIT graduate Greg Lambrecht. Greg is an avid traveler to Croatia, loves Croatian food and wine, and is a frequent collaborator with us for a variety of events.

We couldn’t have started our company without our Coravin Model Eleven. Initially, while our first container was waiting to be shipped to the US, we had only two suitcases of samples of Komarna wines which we had brought back with us from Croatia. With the Coravin Model Eleven, we were able to get 20 tasting samples from each bottle for tastings with restaurants and retailers during these first few critical weeks.
