VINEYARDS: Malvasija Dubrovačka grapes come from vineyards located in the heart of the Neretva Delta with soil rich in nutrients and water, which gives us wines with fresh acids and fruit aromas.
TECHNOLOGY: Grapes are picked by hand and sifted on selection tables before mulching. After mulching, the grapes are gently pressed and the must goes to controlled fermentation. Primary fermentation is followed by secondary fermentation in tanks (Charmat method). After secondary fermentation, we get a clear light yellow wine with fruity aromas and fine pearling.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Very pronounced fruity aromas of citrus, peach and apricot in combination with fresh acid gives this wine ease of drinking.
