Malvasia is a dry wine, with a golden/yellow color with green nuances. It has a creamy full body with a recognizable variety aroma and a pleasant and well rounded mineral taste. “Komarso” single vineyard. Harvested by hand at the start of October. Maceration 4 days. Fermentation on natural yeast. Wooden Acacia Barrique barrels for 12 months. 6 months in bottle. Serving temp.: 14 – 16 °C.
